Terms and Conditions for Delegate Registration for CLASFON National/Regional Conference

  1. There shall be no part payment
  2. All payments made are not refundable.
  3. Payment confirmation entitles delegates to specific conference registration package depending on their registration category (either as legal practitioner, spouse, law student, Children or driver). See the registration guidelines.
  4. Payment and confirmation of registration entitles all registered delegates to the conference registration package which includes the delegates name tag, meal ticket and soft copy of the program booklet.
  5. Payment and confirmation of registration entitles only a member of CLASFON or legal practitioner to the conference registration package which includes the delegates name tag, meal ticket, soft copies of the papers presented and a copy of the CLASFON diary for the following year only.
  6. Spouses, children, Law Students, drivers and other categories of registrations are only entitled to souvenirs if any are made available by the LOC other than that they are only entitled to items listed in number 4 above.
  7. All other conference materials like jotters, pen, bag and hard copy of the program booklet are not part of the conference registration package but are at the discretion of the LOC.
  8. Accommodation arrangements are at the discretion and cost of the delegate.
  9. All registered delegates by proceeding with registration for the CLASFON National/Regional Conference agrees to abide by the safety, security, welfare and other directives by the managers of the Conference during the period of the conference for the purpose of order and the safety of all delegates.
  10. That custody and safety of all personal items of each delegate is their own sole responsibility.
  11. That all delegates that require special care or attention shall clearly state same during the registration process for record purposes and shall be responsible to ensure their own well being during the period of the conference.
